– (2002) – A psychologist probes the minds of inmates that a warden takes pride in electrocuting. The sci-fi angle is impossibly dumb, the anti-death penalty message is preachy, and the dramatic core is hollow. Has a good cast and a solid production, but there’s too much to laugh at.
