Tries its best to create a small town atmosphere where everyone is aware of everyone else’s problems, but every scene between characters drags on for so long it’s easy to lose sight of their dilemmas. Yes, there’s a werewolf in this, but his scenes are so rare it’s often easy to forget you’re watching a horror movie.
