– (1961) – A disgraced doctor returns home to experiment on the living in order to bring back the dead. Sounds like an okay idea, but too much of what happens belongs to elongated scenes of dry drama. Only raises attention in the waning moments, as it’s one of the few to include horror, but even that area is pretty lackluster. This is basically Frankenstein without a pulse.
