– (2021) – A phoney psychic medium delves too deep into the past of a notorious mark and faces graphic consequences. Has a highly involving first act full of character development and intrigue, but once the carnival setting is left behind so too is involvement. Slows into a borderline bore, and while some surprisingly grim advancements do occur, the conclusion is too easily predictable to consider fulfilling.
