– (1988) – A serial killer is using the canals of Amsterdam to claim his victims. A strange blend of serious cop drama that has preposterous moments, and B-movie horror that has humorous tendencies. The solid mystery and likable characters make for a good time, though the family/psychic subplot goes nowhere.
