– (1963) – A woman visits her dead husband’s family at an estate that’s plagued by a mysterious death. Has a slow-building mystery that’s worth following, and a sadistic conclusion, but the tone is apt to put one to sleep. Not the kind to provide jolts, which is fine, but a bit more life would have helped.
