Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1931)

★★½☆ – (1931) – A doctor develops a potion that turns him into a madman, thereby complicating both of his lives. The Hyde inclusions, after an awkward start, are tense and disturbing, while everything that has to do with Jekyll is overdramatic. Mostly lifeless outside of the horror stages.
