– (2001) – An active serial killer is cloned to give Feds the upper hand in capturing him. Focuses more on the clone than the killer, but still gives Van Damme successful stints as a villain and an experiment who’s treated like a dog. Not very deep, and sometimes borders on hokum, but it’s involving, entertaining, and somewhat sentimental.
