Bag of Bones

Bag of Bones

★½☆☆ – (2011) – A widowed author retreats to a wooded cabin and connects with the deceased. The initial plot isn’t too bad, though it does invite high levels of corn. The drama that unravels around the main topic is too unemotional, despite the serious themes. Worsens when explaining its mysteries, and the entire “curse” reeks of unimaginative racism.
