– (1996) – A high profile lawyer volunteers to defend a killer who blames his alleged crime on someone else. Most everything dealing with the defendant is the only area that works, as the procedural drama becomes so cornball it’s hard not to scoff at. Does provide an ounce of intrigue within areas that involve twists, but piles on a ton of trivial shenanigans that render this a TV movie of the week.
