– (2023) – A group of friends unleash a vengeful spirit on Halloween night, and only the sacrifice of someone they care about can save them. While this has a professional feel and a well-made ambiance, the story is so plain that the whole proceeding amounts to a complete waste of money. The characters are paltry while the horror motif is too reminiscent of Sam’s intentions in Trick ‘r Treat. This is a trick, all right.
