– (1998) – A computer designer who constantly daydreams struggles with his girlfriend and hitmen. Purposefully confusing in that we’re not supposed to know what’s real and what’s unreal until the final reveal, but the script doesn’t go about this task in a meaningful way. This feels like a sloppy assortment of crime and sex themes without offering a legitimate purpose. As a movie it’s bad, as a time capsule it’s a curiosity.
