– (1988) – A movie is shot in a prison where someone once allegedly escaped their own electric chair execution. Has some enjoyable moments early on when making light of the premise, but it’s never clear exactly what’s going on or who it’s happening to. An Elm Street/Return to Horror High combo that fails in creating a threatening villain.
