– (1991) – The only man in Los Angeles to not practice black magic is a detective who’s on the case of an evil book. Suffers from an unacceptable lack of witchcraft for a story about the subject, as there are too many bouts with unfunny noir. Some creatures appear here and there, but there’s not nearly enough horror.
