– (1983) – A rehabilitated Norman Bates is released from a psych ward only to become harassed by a mother and daughter who aim to drive him nuts. The premise isn’t bad, but the execution is far too long and drab. Has too much of a TV feel, and ends up a wasteful means to capitalize on sequel trends.
