– (1988) – Carol Anne, now living with her aunt in a high rise, is once again met by her ghostly oppressor. Starts fine while introducing new characters, but quickly runs out of steam and plods through the most useless ideas. Relies too heavily on a mirror gimmick that simply isn’t intriguing. A dull and ugly waste of time.
